Press conference at Tempelhof Airfield. Mr. Albert E. Hemsing, State Dept. Information Officer, introduces Mr. Kennedy to the press. Mr. Hemsing speaks in English and in German. He instructs the newsmen on how to ask questions. Mr. Kennedy expresses his gratitude for his welcome, speaks of the situation in Berlin, and wishes the Germans good luck. Newsmen off-screen ask questions which Mr. Kennedy answers.
